What's included in a turnover clean?
Strip and remake all beds with fresh laundered linen, replace all towels, sanitise bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink, mirror, restock toilet paper), reset the kitchen (dishes, surfaces, sink, fridge clear-out, rubbish), vacuum and mop floors, dust surfaces, and reset the space (cushions, remotes, AC off, curtains). Every clean ends with dated photos uploaded to your shared folder.
What's a deep clean and when do I need one?
Everything in a turnover clean, plus: inside oven, microwave, fridge; behind and under furniture; skirting boards, light switches, door handles; bathroom grout and tap descaling; window interiors; ceiling fans and AC vents; cabinet interiors. We recommend deep cleans monthly or quarterly. Priced at +50% on your base turnover rate.
What does "linen swap included" mean?
We bring fresh, laundered sheets and towels to every clean and take the dirty set with us. You don't need to wash anything between guests — and you don't need a backup linen set sitting around your property.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. All detergents, disinfectants, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, vacuums, and steam cleaners are ours. You don't need to stock anything cleaning-related.
How do you access the property?
Lockbox is our standard — it's the safest, most reliable system for short-term rentals. We can also work with smart locks (TTLock, August, and similar) or arrange key handover if your property uses a different system.
How quickly can you turn a property around between guests?
Standard guest checkout is 11:00, check-in is 15:00 — a four-hour window. Our two-cleaner team handles up to a 3-bedroom turnover comfortably within 2.5 hours, leaving buffer for delays. For back-to-back same-day bookings we confirm timing in advance.
Are you insured?
Yes — public liability and fidelity (theft) insurance on every clean. We can share certificate copies on request for your records or your management agency.
How do payments work?
We invoice monthly with itemised cleans (date, property, service type, total). Payment by bank transfer or MCB Juice. New clients have a one-month trial billed weekly until we know each other.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled clean. Same-day cancellations or rebook requests are charged Rs 500, covering cleaner travel and the lost slot.
What areas do you cover?
Flic en Flac, Wolmar, Cascavelle, and La Preneuse — same-day service. Tamarin and Black River on request, with a small surcharge for distance.
